The prototype Trackbot was successfully built and tested. The Trackbot is protected by US Patent No. 6,688,451. Present day technology improvements will greatly aid with the design improvements needed to have a faster and lighter Trackbot system. Distributed Robotics is looking for a partner to assist with the marketing and construction of a commercial version.
